This month's meeting is a block party training exercise designed to allow current and potential block captains to get their feet wet helping to throw a FUN block party.
We will meet one hour earlier than usual, at 6 p.m., to 8 p.m., Monday, June 29, on the 3900 block of Connecticut -- our block party theme is an Ice Cream Social (since one of our neighbors won an ice cream party from Edy's!!)
To ensure we have enough food, drink and supplies, please RSVP to awgondzur@mac.com If you would like to help us organize or want to contribute please mention that in your RSVP.
You do not have to be a block captain to attend, just please let me know if you plan to drop by on the 29th.
