July's Tower Grove South Neighborhood Meeting (formerly Block Capts. meeting) will be on 7/27/09, from 7 P.M.-8:30 P.M. at 4168 Juniata
PRESENTERS:
Bill Waggoner of Grove Furnishings will speak on Morganford happenings and the new art/bike racks installed along Morganford.
Lynn Josse, neighborhood history contractor, will speak on the status of the TGS Oak Hill historic district project, which should include most of the neighborhood north of Humphrey (and some of the south side of Humphrey too!)
A Police Officer will speak on the door-to-door activities of sales people and scam artists that have been frequenting the neighborhood.
Ald. Florida will speak on the South Grand Great Streets Project (attendance expected but not yet confirmed as of this writing)
Todd Alexander will be invited to speak about his new expansive Morganford development, which includes a daycare center as one of its anchor tenants.
