We invite you to attend our monthly Neighborhood Meeting on Monday June 28, 7:00 p.m, at Grand Oak Hill Comm. Ctr. (Juniata at Bent.) 4168 Juniata.
It's a great way to meet your neighbors or put a face to a name of a frequent poster on the neighborhood's Yahoo group.

Our topics will include:
1) Urban League Weatherization Assistance Program (15 minutes)
2) News/Updates from Alderpersons Jennifer Florida and Joe Vollmer, including the new trash pickup fee and the increase to the water rates (40 minutes)
3) Problem-solving the nuisance issue on your block (20 minutes)
4) Mingling with your neighbors while enjoying refreshments

"We used to call them block captains meetings but many people said they felt like they shouldn't come if they weren't a block captain. So we made a change to refer to them as "TGS Neighborhood Meetings" to send a message that all were welcome to attend."
