Three major commercial streets form the border and one cuts through the middle of Tower Grove South, providing all the necessities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are numerous small shops and businesses scattered throughout the neighborhood as well.
3600 Gravois had a block meeting Oct. 18 and learned of plans for development at the two vacant parking lots directly across Gravois from the Walgreens (currently there are two old white construction trailers there). Many immediately around Southside Bank Tower believe this would be an incredibly positive development for the area, and they are looking for support from as many people as possible to achieve funding from the State (MHDC).
